Sales Operations to join our Client Growth Office. This role will
work remotely from your home office located within the US with
travel required to meet with clients as necessary.The Senior
Director will lead Operations for our Strategic Pursuits team. The
Strategic Pursuits Operations Team supports complex, multi-tower,
transformational pursuits for NTT Data's Client Growth Office. The
Senior Director is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle
of these opportunities, from identification to qualification to
proposal and close. They will prepare and maintain project
documentation and tracking, including charters, plans, status, and
final deliverables. This requires coordination across the breadth
of NTT Data's portfolio and holding internal standards against
aggressive commercial deadlines.The ideal candidate can flourish in
a fast-paced environment and can communicate at both an executive
and sales cadence. They must possess excellent organizational
skills and a bias towards action. This is an excellent opportunity

Include:
- Provide end-to-end support for a pipeline of multiple complex
deals through qualification to origination to close.
- Serve as the link between sales and operations. Manage proposal
timelines and coordinate deliverables across multiple
stakeholders.
- Implement and optimize process for efficient pursuit
management.
- Provide insights within deals to identify and manage risks and
dependencies. Perform similar optimization over time to improve
overall approach.
- Communicate effectively with sales teams, delivery teams, and
stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of the solution
vision, scope, and value proposition.Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in PMO in complex sales,
preferably in the IT services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related
field; MBA preferred.
- PMP Certification and strong understanding of modern project
management technologies and best practices.Preferred Skills:
- Proven record of accomplishment of supporting complex,
cross-domain solutions that meet customer requirements and
expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic
environment.
