We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Investor Relations Administrative Associate to support our Investor Relations team in managing investor communications, coordinating activities, and handling essential administrative functions. This role is vital in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with our investors.

  Job Overview As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in executing recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and support our team with innovative sourcing strategies.
  Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing & Screening
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.Hiring Manager Partnership
    • Advise and support hiring managers on best recruitment practices, interview techniques, and candidate selection.
    • Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, interview outcomes, and hiring progress.Candidate Experience
      • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
      • Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.Team Collaboration
        • Partner with the People Operations team on special projects and recruitment initiatives.Requirements: What We're Looking For
          Experience & Education
          • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
          • Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
          • Property Management recruiting experience is a plus.Skills & Knowledge
            • Understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
            • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
            • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
            • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and stay organized with keen attention to detail.
