Description:Job Overview:Partner with a visionary leader as the
strategic right hand to our President at Steward + Helm. This role
goes beyond traditional administrative support-you'll be the
crucial link that enables our leadership to navigate complex
priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and maintain exceptional
organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic

to engage effectively at all levels of the organization. Key
Responsibilities:
- Act as Chief of Staff for the President of Steward + Helm,
serving as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and extension of
the executive office to drive organizational initiatives and
facilitate leadership effectiveness.
- Orchestrate a dynamic executive calendar with strategic
foresight, anticipating conflicts before they arise and identifying
high-leverage opportunities that maximize the President's impact
while seamlessly managing complex meetings, appointments, and
travel arrangements.
- Build and nurture influential relationships with key
stakeholders across all levels, serving as the President's
representative in facilitating critical discussions.
- Exercise impeccable judgment in prioritizing communications and
information flow, ensuring the President engages with truly
consequential matters while protecting focused work time and
strategic thinking space.
- Craft exceptional executive communications that capture the
President's authentic voice and vision-from compelling
presentations to polished correspondence and strategic messaging
that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Elevate operational excellence through sophisticated
administrative leadership, handling sensitive matters with
discretion while implementing systems that anticipate needs and
create foundations for executive success.
- Design and execute flawless leadership experiences, from
strategic sessions to team events that reflect the company's
premium standards and strengthen key relationships.
- Architect innovative organizational systems that transform
executive effectiveness, creating streamlined processes that
anticipate needs and eliminate friction points before they
emerge.
- Lead administrative components of cross-functional strategic
initiatives, coordinating resources and ensuring alignment with
executive priorities while driving accountability for
outcomes.
- Conduct high-value research and analysis, synthesizing complex
information into actionable intelligence that informs critical
business decisions and strategic planning.
- Safeguard confidential information with unwavering discretion
and ethical judgment, maintaining the highest standards of
professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal
Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the
ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a
professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive
information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as
part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and
deadlines.
- Previous experience in office management or facilities
coordination is a plus.
- Must be in the office 4-5 days per week.Success Factors/Job
