Description:Job Overview:Partner with a visionary leader as the strategic right hand to our President at Steward + Helm. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support-you'll be the crucial link that enables our leadership to navigate complex priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and maintain exceptional organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Chief of Staff for the President of Steward + Helm, serving as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and extension of the executive office to drive organizational initiatives and facilitate leadership effectiveness.
  • Orchestrate a dynamic executive calendar with strategic foresight, anticipating conflicts before they arise and identifying high-leverage opportunities that maximize the President's impact while seamlessly managing complex meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Build and nurture influential relationships with key stakeholders across all levels, serving as the President's representative in facilitating critical discussions.
  • Exercise impeccable judgment in prioritizing communications and information flow, ensuring the President engages with truly consequential matters while protecting focused work time and strategic thinking space.
  • Craft exceptional executive communications that capture the President's authentic voice and vision-from compelling presentations to polished correspondence and strategic messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Elevate operational excellence through sophisticated administrative leadership, handling sensitive matters with discretion while implementing systems that anticipate needs and create foundations for executive success.
  • Design and execute flawless leadership experiences, from strategic sessions to team events that reflect the company's premium standards and strengthen key relationships.
  • Architect innovative organizational systems that transform executive effectiveness, creating streamlined processes that anticipate needs and eliminate friction points before they emerge.
  • Lead administrative components of cross-functional strategic initiatives, coordinating resources and ensuring alignment with executive priorities while driving accountability for outcomes.
  • Conduct high-value research and analysis, synthesizing complex information into actionable intelligence that informs critical business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Safeguard confidential information with unwavering discretion and ethical judgment, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.
    Requirements:Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Previous experience in office management or facilities coordination is a plus.
    • Must be in the office 4-5 days per week.Success Factors/Job Competencies:
