You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and support our team with innovative sourcing strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing & ScreeningDevelop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.Hiring Manager PartnershipAdvise and support hiring managers on best recruitment practices, interview techniques, and candidate selection.Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, interview outcomes, and hiring progress.Candidate ExperienceEnsure a positive and engaging candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.Team CollaborationPartner with the People Operations team on special projects and recruitment initiatives.Requirements: What We're Looking For Experience & Education3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.Property Management recruiting experience is a plus.Skills & KnowledgeUnderstanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and stay organized with keen attention to detail.Are you passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities?
