A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist for
their Guest Data Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert in Email and SMS marketing and Guest
Data Platform solutions
Guide customers through consultations, training, and identifying
opportunities for value and adoption
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and
advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a high-volume SaaS organization
specializing in Marketing technology or Guest Data Platforms
1+ years of experience managing clients or relevant project
management work
Understanding of webhook and API integrations
Experience with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Slack is a
plus
Interest in the restaurant industry
