Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Architect for the Heroku
Eventing, Metering, and Usage team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and operate complex distributed internal services
Develop services and automation to enhance operational
efficiency
Participate in on-call rotation to ensure service availability
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in a professional software engineering
role
Hands-on experience in an Architect role
Experience with billing or financial systems
Proficiency in Ruby and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Experience with complex, fault-tolerant, event-driven distributed
systems
