Akkodis is seeking a - Network Operations Representative for a Contract position with a client located in Dallas, Texas (Onsite)
Pay/Salary Range: $67-$75/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

  Years of experience required for each skill: 7 - 10 years.
  Primary job duties/responsibilities:
  • As a Network Operations Representative, you will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and managing the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance.
  • You will also manage back-office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments. In this role, you are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.
  • You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Expert proficiency in Network and Service Management is required.
  • Network Management Patterns & Techniques, Network Operations & Service Management, Network Performance Management (NPM), Service Quality Management, and Enterprise Network Operations with expert proficiency are recommended.
  • Develop innovative strategies to optimize network performance.
  • Implement proactive measures to ensure service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues.
  • Identify and implement network management patterns and techniques.
  • Conduct regular network performance assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
