*Job Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in anesthesiology and critical care, with the ability to provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. This role requires a compassionate approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.*Duties*- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures.- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.- Perform venipuncture for intravenous access and medication administration.- Manage airway during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals in the operating room (OR).- Utilize Cerner for patient documentation and electronic health records management.- Implement pain management strategies post-operatively to enhance patient recovery.- Adhere to aseptic techniques and maintain a sterile environment during procedures.- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding anesthesia processes.*Requirements*- Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).- Proven experience in anesthesiology, critical care, or related medical office settings.- Proficiency in airway management techniques.- Strong knowledge of pain management protocols.- Familiarity with Cerner or similar electronic health record systems is preferred.- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care.Join us in making a difference in patient care through your expertise as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
