Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to
oversee employee relations and absence management functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including
performance and attendance management
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure
resolution of complex workplace issues
Review and process leave and accommodation requests while
maintaining compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or four
years of experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years of human resources experience, particularly in HR
compliance and employee relations
3+ years of leadership experience in managing people or
multi-discipline projects
Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) preferred
