Job Summary
CBRE is seeking an Energy Manager looking to grow their career in a
high potential, high impact position. This role will support a
large e-commerce, cloud computing, and digital streaming company to
achieve their aggressive energy and sustainability goals. The scope
for this position will begin by assisting the client in preparing
for a large electric vehicle roll out. The role will also get
exposure to supporting energy and sustainably programs, utility
procurement, and energy efficiency programs. This is an exciting
position that will expose the candidate to the many challenges and
opportunities that exist in cutting edge corporate energy and

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed

required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position initially.
May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or
training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-works
within a work unit and/or project.
Education and Experience
Education: A bachelor's in environmental science, sustainability,
business administration, engineering, or a related field is
preferred. Minimum of 3 years of related experience and/or
training.
Certificates and/or Licenses
CEM or EMIT accreditation preferred
Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. Strong
organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient,
timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients. Ability to
effectively present information.
Financial Knowledge
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to
calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts,
and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to
solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires
intermediate analytical and qualitative skills.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to write reports, manuals in a pre-designed style and
format.
Scope of Responsibility
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company
policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for
setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgement may cause
short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the position is $100,000
annually and the maximum salary for the position is $118,000
annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful
candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications,
and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a
discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
