Company Description On behalf of our client, Korn Ferry is seeking an Azure Operations and SRE engineer for a fast-growing, fast-paced IoT company.
Job Description We build. We create impact.As an Azure Operations Engineer on the Cloud Operations team, you will make a positive impact by:Communicating with customers during incidents:

• Identifying impacts.
• Communicating on status page.
• Writing root cause analysis.
  Taking part in development phases:
  • Providing insights with production environments metrics and constraints.
  • Challenging design and provide improvements as early as possible.
  • Taking part in qualifying the solution for production.
  • Testing and challenging disaster and recovery procedures.
    Ensuring security:
    • Taking part of security reviews.
    • Monitoring security tools.
    • Identification of improvements.
    • Implementing improvements.
      Taking part in continuous improvement:
      • Identifying improvements, including in the monitoring or dashboarding.
      • Taking part in lessons learnt from releases and incidents.
      • Implementing improvements, e.g. via scripting or available tools.
      • Taking part in processes optimization, documentation, audits (e.g. ISO 27001)
      • Taking part in cost control and cost killing projects.
        QualificationsExperience:
        • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role - SRE, Cloud Operations, DevOps, etc.
        • External customer facing resolutions of complex cases
        • Hands on experience in deployment and monitoring
          Skills:
          • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure.
          • Experience with Azure DevOps
          • Experience with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes.
          • Fluently speaking and writing in English
            Abilities:
            • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
            • Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines and work within a virtual global team environment.
              Education:
              • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
