Overview
Important: This job will require 30-40% travel within a multi-state
territory. The preference is for this person to live, near or
around Downtown, Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX.
How You'll Make an Impact
As a Business Development Senior Director at Epsilon, you will be a
pivotal contributor to our growth strategy, particularly within the
retail sector. Your expertise in AdTech/MarTech sales, coupled with
a deep understanding of the retail landscape, will be essential in
identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will
expand our market reach by focusing on both retail brands and
AdTech/MarTech partners, driving significant revenue growth. By
leveraging your industry knowledge and network, you will build
strong relationships with key decision-makers, presenting
innovative and tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
Your individual contributions will ensure the successful
acquisition of new retail clients, directly impacting Epsilon's
market leadership. Through your strategic thinking and deep
understanding of market dynamics, you will position Epsilon at the
forefront of the industry, delivering exceptional value to our
retail clients and helping to achieve our financial objectives.
What You'll Achieve
The Business Development Senior Director will spearhead initiatives
crucial to our growth and success within the retail vertical. You
will lead the charge in identifying and capitalizing on new
business opportunities, driving significant expansion of our
customer base and revenue, specifically within retail. Your
strategic plans will not only meet but exceed ambitious sales
targets, positioning Epsilon as a leader in the industry,
specifically within the retail and AdTech/MarTech sales space. By
forging enduring relationships with potential retail clients, you
will deeply understand their requirements and deliver customized
solutions that address their specific needs, thereby cementing
Epsilon's reputation as a trusted partner in the market.

Base Salary: $139,500 - $232,500
In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive
compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be
dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills,
experience, qualifications, location and application employment
laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified
at any time.
